Impact analysis statements
In accordance with the Queensland Government Better Regulation Policy, Queensland Government agencies must prepare an Impact Analysis Statement for regulatory proposals. The Impact Analysis Statement seeks an assessment of the regulatory proposal by posing seven relevant questions.
The Queensland Government Better Regulation Policy requires the publication of approved Impact Analysis Statements. Approved Impact Analysis Statements prepared by the Public Sector Commission are published below.
