About the strategy
The Even better public sector for Queensland strategy 2024–2028 (PDF, 926.6 KB) (archived) identified valuable insights about the future of Queensland’s public sector and explored how Queensland’s public sector could respond to workforce challenges and emerging opportunities.
Many of the actions identified through the strategy have now been delivered or repositioned under the PSC’s ongoing work program. The strategy’s insights and actions continue to shape a range of initiatives, programs and resources that strengthen leadership, capability, integrity, workforce development and service delivery across the sector.

- workplace culture and trust
- flexible ways of working
- digital tools and technology.
